Step 1
Season chicken breast with black pepper powder and salt evenly, and cook for about 15-17 minutes. Halfway through, turn the chicken over and add the onion.

Remove the chicken from the heat and continue to cook the onion.

Shred the cooked chicken and add it back to the pan.

Add the HOC BBQ sauce and mix well. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Add a layer of the cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese on half portion of the tortilla.
Step 6
Add the onion and chicken mix and top it off with the cheese.
Step 7
Fold the tortilla in half and cook on a pan for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
The BBQ Chicken Quesadilla is now ready to be served with sauces or dips of your choice.
