Take the eggs, milk, water, 2 tbsp black pepper powder and 2 tbsp salt in a bowl. Whisk together.
In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic, 5 tsps black pepper powder, and ¼ cup salt.
In a large skillet, take oil for frying.
Pick a strip of the chicken with a fork, dip in the egg mix, then in the dry flour mix, back in the egg mix and then again in the dry flour mix.
Put this coated chicken strip in the oil for frying. Make sure to cook in small batches to enable proper cooking of the chicken. Fry till the chicken is brown in colour.
Take a baking dish and grease it will butter.
Coat the bottom of the baking dish with HOC BBQ sauce.
Arrange the fried chicken in the baking dish in even rows. Pour the rest of the HOC BBQ sauce on top of the chicken.
In a preheated oven, bake for 15 minutes, or until the sauce caramelises.
