Baked Buffalo Wings With HOC Sauce

Quick and easy to make, the Baked Buffalo Wings are non-fried, making this a tasty & healthy dish for chicken lovers who are watching their weight. These Buffalo wings are crispy, juicy and have the traditional flavour of the Buffalo sauce. This is truly how you were supposed to eat chicken wings, minus the deep frying oil!

Serves 2 – 3

Step 1
Take the chicken wings in a large bowl. Add the salt and baking powder and coat the chicken properly.

Step 2
Lay down the chicken on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is golden brown in colour & crisp.

Step 3
Remember to turn the chicken over every 20 minutes for even cooking.

Step 4
Take the HOC Buffalo sauce in a pan and cook on medium heat. Add the chicken wings and coat evenly.

Step 5
Your baked buffalo wings are ready! Serve with sides of your choice.

  • 450gm chicken wings
  • 1 cup HOC Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
