Take the chicken wings in a large bowl. Add the salt and baking powder and coat the chicken properly.
Lay down the chicken on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is golden brown in colour & crisp.
Remember to turn the chicken over every 20 minutes for even cooking.
Take the HOC Buffalo sauce in a pan and cook on medium heat. Add the chicken wings and coat evenly.
Your baked buffalo wings are ready! Serve with sides of your choice.
